Next Generation Networks will allow the integration of existing separate voice and data networks into much simpler and more flexible network using
packet switching and IP protocols. One notable service that is set to appear as a result of NGN is VoIP, which will allow voice calls to be carried over
the internet at a significantly reduced cost.
